You see, our body gains weight because the intake of calories is larger than the calories we burn. This is all caused by the engine of our body - metabolism. No matter what some people say, the bottom line is, that you fast metabolism in order to lose weight.

You may think there is a secret formula to all of this, but there is not any formula... Just three things, smaller portion of the meal of a right diet plan, eat more frequently and exercise. That is how you speed up your metabolism.

As a Side Note: You know how some people eat whole day long and don't gain a pound? That is because their metabolism is faster than yours and mine and burns more calories.

The normal reaction to this is to stop that starving diet and go back to the regular eating schedule. Right? Of course, but the additional problem is that when you do that, your metabolism is stuck in the low calorie burning mode and by the time it catches up, you have gained all the weight back and probably even few extra pounds.

This is because less food you intake, the metabolism burns less calories and your metabolism adjust to low calorie burning rate. Once you go back to your regular eating schedule, your metabolism is going to be stuck in the low calorie burning mode, causing you to gain weight quickly and often even additional pounds.

Hi! I used(and continue to use swiming) to get back and keep in shape. 5 hours/week and not only I lost a lot of weight but also got some nice muscle too in under a month. The same goes for my girlfriend to. Highly recommend.
Also don't forget to to eat acordingly. A healthy diet is just as important for your effort. Find out more about eating properly
