You may think there is a secret formula to all of this, but there is not any formula... Just three things, smaller portion of the meal of a right diet plan, eat more frequently and exercise. That is how you speed up your metabolism.

What Kind of Food you Can Eat!

But most importantly, you will not go hungry as hunger slows down the metabolism, but there are two days which may be a little more difficult than the rest. Don't think you won't be eating, you will 4 - 6 times a day, but you will eat the negative calorie foods so this will make you a little unsatisfied.
Sample Calorie Shifting Menu Plan
In Calorie Shifting Diet program, you will have 4 meals (each day) and they have to be at least 2 1/2 hours a part. You can eat to the point to get satisfied, you just won't be allowed to over eat.
The Calorie Shifting Diet last 11 days, than you go off the diet for 3, than you can repeat the 11 day diet over and over again.
You can even use sauces such as Ketchup and you can season all your food with salt and paper.
As with many diets, the case is that you cannot drink any alcohol, but with Calorie Shifting Diet Program, you will be allowed one glass of wine per day but not more than that.
