"Calorie Shifting Diet - How Does It Work And How Can You Use It"

My name is Jonathan though my friends call me John. This lens reviews the calorie shifting diet method. If you feel that you would like to lose weight without doing a lot of boring excercise or starving yourself, calorie shifting is the way to go.

Why Were They Even Created
I like to call these diet Low-Something diets. In this category we have the low fat, low carb, low calorie, and low protein diets. Each with it's own gimmick, each taking something crucial out of your nutrition, each causing over 95% of the people who use them to fail.
Why?
For 2 reasons:
1. Depriving your body of nutrients decreases your muscle mass which is one of the factors of your metabolic rate.
2. Depriving your body of nutrients causes it to enter into a "defensive mode" because the body believes that it's beginning to starve. It reacts by slowing down the metabolism so that when you stop using the diet, you end up gaining weight back quickly.
That's why Calorie Shifting was created. To provide a better solution than Low-Something Diets.
How does Calorie Shifting Work
What's even more important that when you stop using the Calorie Shifting Diet, your metabolism is still high so that it's easy to maintain your new weight into the far future.
This metabolic manipulation is accomplish by constantly changing the types of calories that you eat. This way your metabolism never adjusts to any routine and doesn't realize that you're dieting. You lose weight because your metabolism remains running at the same level while you're dieting.

Yay Food

I have been on the 11 day diet for 4 days now. I have lost 5 pounds in 4 days. This diet does work. The second day was the most difficult since you eat just fruit, except for the sandwich. After this day, the foods have been very easy to follow. I will keep you posted on after the 11 days. And by the way...I am 5'9" and weigh 150,and am 43 years old... so it's not like I need to lose a ton of weight.
So, YES...This diet Does seem to work, and quite easy!!!!
