My Gang Likes Deep Powder Snow
We've skied thousands of days in the ski area boundaries at Alta. Couldn't even begin to guess how many lift rides. We tried one day, on the lift, to figure it out.
Add the backcountry excursions and we're at thousands more ski days, easy. We've been through the big, phat ski revolution in the winter sports industry. We've been absolutely POSITIVE for a long time that you want fat/powder skis if you're planning to ski powder in the winter, even if it's only once a year for one week. You owe it to yourself...

THIS IS POWDER
Yes, we know you like Powder and Skiing. And better yet Utah Skiing and Powder. I'll bet it's their 'Greatest Snow on Earth' isn't it? The Utah Skiing lens just linked to has site links to all Utah resorts and other goodies and tidbits.
Just as a big bike will change your outlook on mountain biking as you know it, your fat skis will help you see skiing as a new sport. Check in on the Alta Ski Forum at AltaCam...linked to below. There you'll find daily grind and tall tales of days in Utah, in the white room, under blue bird sky. We love Alta and Little Cottonwood Canyon!

This is the famous Alta Ski Area pic of the day featured direct from Alta.com! What a coincidence, the Fat Ski & Powder lens has all kinds of Alta info, links, etc. :)
Here's the Alta Skiing pic of the day, enjoy (click picture for larger version and caption):

Powder & Fat Skis
Featured Fat Skis from Backcountry.com
You owe it to yourself to have the right tools in the POW. If you're skiing multiple days a season in places like Alta, get some burley skis. Altrec has a good fat skis' category and it gets better as winter closes in.
