The Female Orgasm
What is an orgasm? In women, the labia, clitoris, vagina, and pelvic organs enlarge in very much the same way as the aroused penis enlarges. Sometimes there is a plateau of excitement which is held for several minutes before you are about to orgasm. Orgasm is the point at which all the tension is suddenly released in a series of involuntary and pleasurable muscular contractions that may be felt in the vagina and/or uterus.
When a woman climaxes, regardless of which area of her body is stimulated, her body physically reacts in the same way. During an orgasm, she feels:
- stimulation in her clitoris
- her heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing increase
- tension builds within her pelvis
- muscles contract throughout her body, especially in the vagina, uterus, rectum, and pelvic floor
- tension is released upon orgasm
Clitoris
The clitoris's only function is to provide pleasure for women. Researchers have not been able to discover any other reason for its existence. Female orgasm is usually achieved via clitoral stimulation.
G-Spot
Inside the vagina, you can find the Grafenberg spot (G-spot). The G-spot is located on the front wall (toward the navel) of the vagina, between the opening and the cervix.
Women can experience three tempos of orgasm, which include the single orgasm, the serial multiple orgasm, and the sequential multiple orgasm.
Single
With the single orgasm, a woman experiences one rush of pleasure. The orgasm can last anywhere from a few seconds to a minute.
Serial multiple
Although most women claim that they cannot achieve this awesome ride, a multiple orgasm occurs when several orgasms are had in a row -- that is, one directly after another.
Sequential multiple
Sequential orgasms occur in a sequence that separates each orgasm by a few minutes or so. Many women describe it as a roller coaster ride.
In reality, orgasms are a very individual experience and there is no one correct pattern of sexual response. Whatever feels wonderful to you, makes you feel alive and happy, and connected with your partner is what matters. Enjoy!
Clitoral Stimulation during Intercourse
Many women have a difficult time reaching orgasm during intercourse (if they are able to orgasm at all) because they don't get sufficient clitoral stimulation. The vaginal opening provides perfect stimulation to the penis to bring a man to orgasm, but the clitoris isn't inside the vagina where it would get sufficient stimulation to make the woman climax. Instead, the clitoris is outside, so it needs direct stimulation. Here are six ways to stimulate her clitoris during intercourse. Read more
How Women Can Learn to Have an Orgasm with Intercourse
Surveys reveal that only about 30 percent of women have orgasms with intercourse, but most of the other 70 percent could develop this ability if they only knew how. Women who are already orgasmic with masturbation, manual stimulation by a partner, or oral sex, can learn to transfer this ability to vaginal intercourse. Though all orgasms are pleasurable, climax with your man deep inside you is uniquely satisfying.Read more

The Coital Alignment Technique (CAT) is a sex position combined with a sexual movement technique that facilitates clitoral orgasm. How to Stimulate the G-Spot
Female ejaculation used to be dismissed as a myth, but the scientific community was proven wrong in 1980 when John D. Perry and Beverly Whipple showed a film of a female ejaculating to the Society for the Scientific Study of Sex. Female ejaculate is a fluid released from the G-spot area. It is usually clear, or milky and as thin as water. The secret to female ejaculation is G-spot stimulation to orgasm. Read more
What's So Great about a G-Spot Orgasm?
The G--spot is a small mound of tissue, between a penny and quarter in size, inside the vagina. It has a high concentration of sexual nerves and produces hormones similar to those made by the male's prostate gland. To locate the G-spot, imagine your partner is lying on her back with you positioned between her spread legs. Slide a finger inside her vagina, palm up. With your finger straight back, middle finger is best, you would curve it toward yourself, gently, as if you were gesturing to someone to "come here." In doing so, the area you press on should be pretty near her G-Spot area. Read more
The 4 Best Positions for G-Spot Massage
The G-Spot is the focal point of female sexual arousal. The G-spot lies about 2 inches inside the vagina behind the front wall of the vagina. It is a tiny, bean-shaped area which swells and can become as large as a quarter when stimulated, though, actually, the aroused G-spot's size varies considerably from woman to woman. Since every woman is different, couples may need to experiment with different positions to find the best way to stimulate her G-spot. Try these four positions for G-spot massage. Read more

Vaginal Fisting
How to Give the Woman in Your Life the Thrill of Her Life
Vaginal fisting means putting all the fingers of your hand into a woman's vagina and then, when they are inside her, forming a fist. The vagina is muscular and very elastic and can stretch to accommodate a whole hand without tearing. For women who love to be filled up, it can feel wonderful. Vaginal fisting - if done correctly - will usually result in a very violent orgasm, often combined with female ejaculation. If you have never tried (or even heard of) this sexual practice, read my tutorial Vaginal Fisting: What It Is and How to Do It. Positioning is important in fisting since you're attempting to expand the woman's vagina beyond its typical daily range, and the positioning of her pelvis and legs can dramatically affect the space available within her pelvic cavity. There are three major positions that seem to work for fisting. Once you've tried fisting and decided that you like it, here are five advanced techniques you can learn to make vaginal fisting even more intense and satisfying for your woman.
It's hard to explain what it feels like to have someone else's hand inside of you. It's intense, it's intimate, and it can be very emotional. Vaginal fisting is a beautiful, sexy, and intimate rush for both the giver and receiver when done with care, awareness, and respect.

Vaginal Strengthening Exercises for More Powerful Orgasms
When a woman has an orgasm, she is exercising her sexual muscles, which play a big part in her orgasmic response and are partly responsible for her orgasmic capacity. If you have weak sexual muscles, you may have a hard time having an orgasm, or, at the very least, you will not have the powerful orgasms that you could be having. To have powerful, intense, and, especially, female-ejaculatory orgasms, you must have strong sexual muscles. The good news is that there are several exercises that can strengthen them. Read more
