Hi Henrik,

I love your list of tools for any MLM business. I think you hit the nail on the head for most of those.

I noticed though that you didn't include any actual organizational tools like contact managers, and distributor back-office applications. Obviously that's essential for a distributor if they hope to follow up with their leads and customers effectively.

Because there aren't that many resources available lots of people just end up using stuff like Outlook or Act!, which really aren't designed for MLM and usually aren't the best solution for people.

I'd love to see your pick for best Contact Manager/Sales Tool for distributors.

I work for a company called Oprius (http://www.oprius.com) and we provide just that. You can start your search there, but there are a few others you could check out, then decide for yourself what to recommend.
