Simple steps to get rid of back acne
Back acne is acne which occurs on the back, and other parts of your body. Adhering to these steps will also help you get rid of back acne on your chest or face.
Step 1. Clean your effected area of your body thouroughly with ...Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash which can help get rid of back acne. Concentrate specifically on the areas with pimples.
Step 2. Delay rinsing for a few minutes to get rid of all the oil, and also to let the medicine work.
Step 3. Utilize a loofa sponge or a Buf-Puf for exfoliation of the inflicted area(s). Don't rub so hard that irritation is increased. Exfoliating removes dead skin which can clog your pores. This is a critical step to get rid of back acne.
Step 4. Use an ...oil-free, medicated lotion on the areas with acne.
Step 5. Next you will need to spot treat your back acne pimples. Use an acne medicated cream with only 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. Never use a 5% or 10% benzoyl peroxide solution because all it will do is increase irritation and not reduce the time it takes to get rid of back acne. If you you are hypersensitive to benzoyl peroxide medicines, you may find that sulfur is a good substitue to help get rid of back acne.
At The Beach
I find that if I stay in the beach water for 5 minutes submerging my full back under the water.
Then roll over on my stomach with the sun shining on my back for about 10 minutes or until my back feels warm.
Then I repeat those steps a few times to help get rid of back acne. I usually see that I have begun to get rid of your back acne as soon as the very next day.
Other Tips
Keeping properly hydrated is another important step in correcting acne. I drink 8 glasses of water a day to ensure that my body will more easily release oil and bacteria.
You can purchase generic versions of Body Wash. The important ingredient required is 2% salicylic acid.
Medicated moisturizers should only contain .5% or 2% salicylic acid. After I get rid of my back acne I switch to using an alpha-hydroxy lotion.
Acne causing bacteria can be killed with the acid in Lemons and tomates. Slice and rub on the skin where your back acne occures. I only recomend this if you have hypersensitive skin and the chemical treatments do more harm than good.
A simple recipe for an exfoliating scrub that will help remove dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause breakouts: Combine juice from one grapefruit into a bowl with 1 1/2 cups of white sugar and 1/2 cup of coarse sea salt. Massage into the affected areas and dry by patting with a clean towel. Do not rub dry.
Caution:
Under no circumstances should you ever pick or pop pimples. That will only increase chances of infection. You can reduce the chances of infection by treating any popped pimples with 3% hydrogen peroxide or 10% benzoyl peroxide.
Never use Neutrogena or benzoyl peroxide if you are using Accutane. Accutane kills oil glands under the skin, thereby removing the much needed producer of oil.
