One wonderful result of drinking the water we need on a daily basis is
weight loss.
We think when we drink that diet soda that we are staving off fat when in actuality we are forcing our cells to squeeze out needed water for fat-loss. Even though most foods do contain some water that we consume, unless you are drinking several glasses of water a day, you are most certainly chronically dehydrated. Six glasses of water is a minimum intake that you should be drinking, even more and your energy level will increase considerably.
