How to rebuild your vision to 20/20.

Okay, here are the exercises that me and my friend have both followed to restore our vision (and a lot of other people have as well), and so I have no reason to doubt their effectiveness on restoring your, the readers, vision also - if you do these exercises, you will restore your vision. Let's begin with the rules first - vitally important to your success. Although exercises are very simple, most work is done in your mind. And that is simple enough also. Another thing is, you should go here, & get their material. If you can afford it, then definitely get it, as it will help you in rebuilding your vision, and I highly recommend it. It helped me not only with some additional exercises that speed up the whole process - there are just too many different ones for me to write out here (and, after all, it's not so much about the quantity, but it is the quality that matters far more here). Another thing they'll do for you is they will send you some equipment that you'll find useful, give you a full guide etc., all in one course.

Another thing to keep in mind i that I am not a doctor, I do not hold any qualifications in the area whatsoever, so please treat everything that I say here as my own opinion. Although you cannot possibly damage your eyes by just rolling them around, I must say that I am not responsible for anything that you do as a result of reading my information. Always consult with your doctor before doing anything with your eyes...

Now that that's out of the way, let's get into the action!

Did you know that you can fully restore your own vision - rebuild your eyesight?

The biggest and the most powerful tool that can be used to achieve great health is your own mind! People hugely underestimate the power of their thoughts, and, while some are just plain lazy, others just don't know the truth. The truth that you can use your mind to create the body you want to live in - healthy, strong, beautiful body.

In this example, I would like to share with you what I did to restore my own vision. My eyesight started worsening when I was about 13, starting from about -1, and, eventually, getting to -4.50 & -4.75 on each of my eyes (that's what it was at only recently, before I've restored it). I have been wearing glasses, and then contacts ALL THE TIME during this period. As soon as I have leant that it is fairly easy to restore your eyesight(what a shock it was!), I have spent a lot of time researching, found some brilliant courses (those are all in russian, otherwise I would have recommended them to you as well), which I followed, and have now *fully* rebuilt my eyesight. I have a perfect eyesight today, which I cannot express enough how happy I am about! I think that I can even see better now, than I did, when wearing my contacts.

1). Always feel good. Make yourself feel good throughout the exercises - the best you can. That's one of the 'secrets' - really the key to success in anything you do. The first thing you do in order to lift your mood is to straighten your spine, and put a wide smile on your face. :o) Again, this is very important - mind work is 90+ % of success.

2). Do not tense your muscles - relax as much as possible, while doing the exercise (at least).

3), Say good bye to your glasses/contacts for good if you are up to -1.5 or +1.5. I have almost never worn my glasses after I have started regaining vision, and I've had close to -5. If you are more than 2 dioptres out, then use glasses with at least 2 dioptres weaker than your current prescription (and only use them when you actually cannot do without them...). If you drive, then this would be the time when you should consider other means of transportation - and remember that you can walk too! :o) (Think you cannot handle that? I've had final year exams & most important presentations out of my whole course to do when I 'lost' my glasses, and yes, it was very frustrating when you cannot see anything - just picture that!)

4). If you drink alcohol, or if you smoke, then please please please do yourself a favour, and stop this degrading activity altogether (or at least for the duration of the process of curing yourself). Important because smoking and drinking affects our eyes big time. It affects our whole body actually (and mind), but I won't go into that much more here.

5). Do not rush it! If you restore your vision too quickly, you are a risk of slowing down the process tremendously. If you follow this guide exactly as it says, then this won't happen. It's quite easy to rush, because you want to restore your vision, and you see improvement, and so you have the temptation to over-do the thing that's working for you. If you take that road, however, then get ready for a dioptre per month, or more, instead of a dioptre per week! The cycle of exercises is done once daily, for four days, and you have a rest for 3 days that follow. The only thing that you should be doing is smiling and being happy. I'll briefly go over why this is important a little later on.

These are the three main rules. Restoring eyesight goes hand in hand with general health. If you drink alcohol, or if you smoke, then please please please do yourself a favour, & stop this degrading activity, at least for the duration of the process of curing yourself.

Lastly, after accomplishing every point (set of exercises) from below, you need to blink a few times, just for a few seconds (blinking relaxes eye muscles).

1. Look up, but take your attention further, beyond the physical constraint of your eye, then look down, and, again, take your attention further, beyond the physical constraint of your eye - 8 times (up-down *8, and remember to keep your eyes relaxed - do not stress your eye muscles).

2. Look left, but take your attention further/beyond the physical constraint of your eye - behind your ear in this case, look right, and, again... you got it. Do this 8 times, just as with point 1.

3. Look left, straight, right, straight, this one 4 times (left, straight, right, straight *4)

4. Follow a perfect circle with your eyes (don't cut corners), 8-10 times in one direction, and then 8-10 in the other direction.

5. Same as point 4, but look up (i.e. tilt your head towards the ceiling, and do the same as point 4). Again, make sure that you maintain good mood throughout, as this really is vital, and will really put things on steroids. Make each move comfortable, increase your good mood with every cycle. And don't forget to lightly blink after every exercise.

6. Do same as point 4, but with your eyes closed.

7. Do same as point 5, but with your eyes closed.

8. Look on to the top left corner (eyes are open again), bottom left corner, top right corner, and bottom right corner, and do this cycle 4 times. Then do the same in the opposite direction.

9. Draw a horizontal 8 with your eyes (i.e. move your eyes in the shape of an 8), do about 8 of them in each direction.

10. Now draw 8 vertically, also around 8 times in each direction will do.

11. Look at your nose for 2 seconds, then look straight, but take your attention to the sides, noticing object which exist by each side of you (again, you cannot physically look in different directions, unless you are a frog, or a lizard, but you can pay attention to these objects, noticing them with your side/peripheral vision). Then look at the bridge of your nose for 2 seconds, and, again, to the sides, as above. Lastly, look between your eyebrows for 2 seconds, then to the sides again. Do this cycle 4 times.

12. Sit up straight, close your eyes, and relax as much as you can - relax the whole body, and eye muscles in particular (go through your whole body in your mind, in search for tense muscles, and relax any tense muscles that you find). To help yourself relax, image of nature helps most people. Then, when you feel that you have fully relaxed, imagine a butterfly, remember how it moves/spins its wings. Now slowly, calmly open your eyes, and calmly start blinking, without tension, just like the butterfly does when it moves it's wings (10 seconds or so is enough).

13. And last stage. Relaxing your eyes as much as possible. Rub your hands against one another, until you feel they start getting worm (10 - 15 seconds), then put them in a cross, one on another, and put them on your face. Your eyes must rest right in the middle of your palms, but not touch them. Make sure there is no light coming through, and then close your eyes. Fully relax (meaning your shoulders will go down, face relaxed, tongue should be in a "hanging" state, etc. - just go through your body in your mind again, looking for any tense muscles, and relax them. Sit in this position for around 4 minutes, and then slowly put down your hands, keeping your eyes close. Increase relaxation, think of nature. After about a minute in this state, take a deep breath, stretch yourself, hands, feet etc., and open your eyes, while you breath out.

Although this is by no means everything that I know and that I did ( I spent my whole day for full 40 days working on my health - just preventive maintenance, as, thank god, I have a perfect health, and I am still very young anyway), while restoring my eyesight and my health, this will be enough to restore your vision. There are other things you can and should also do, in order to increase the effectiveness and hyper-speed things up, but these things will take a lot more of my writing time, as well your doing time (a time *very* well spent). Another couple of very powerful exercises for your eyes that you should also implement are the "solarising" exercise, and the "eye muscle-building" exercise.

- Solarising exercise: Sun is our friend. Our eyes have a way of adopting to the sun light - when we are looking at the sun, it's generally good for our eyes. It is, however, very important, however, to only look at the sun either in the morning, when it is rising, or in the evening, when it is going down. It must be very close to the horizon - like right on it. Avoid looking at the sun during all other times at all cost, as it causes eye flouters, and, eventually, cataracts. What ever you do, do not stare at it directly with your eyes wide open! Sunrises and sunsets are good and safe. If you feel uncomfortable doing so, however, or if you have any problems with your eyes, then consult with your doctor. If you don't know of any problems, i.e. if you feel that you are okay, then you probably don't. But remember to consult with your doctor about any problems you may have. So, looking at the sun when it's already up is a bad idea. Even if you close your eyes, it is still bad, so don't do it. It is well know that birds, for example, have a perfect vision through their whole life, and that's because they don't look the sun during the day, but only during the sunset and the sunrise (according to xyz).

Eye muscle-building exercise: Think about the time when you go into a gym, in order to build up your muscles - you do the same hear with the muscles of your eyes (which move & focus our eyes). So, here's what you do for this one: you take a small image, e.g. stamp, and you stick it on your window (preferably). Then, look at the stamp, standing 30 centimetres away from it & focus your vision from that stamp and into the distance. Do this around 100 times. Spending just 3 minutes a day on this exercise is enough. Fully relax your eye muscles while doing this (and always try to keep your eyes relaxed anyway, this will speed up the process by a tonn).

More stuff to do:

Close your eyes, and relax for about 30 seconds or so
Then look onto the distance outside your window (if you don't see anything there at all yet, then use an eye test table - like those you see at opticians, when you go for an eyesight check up). During this time, lift up your mood *as much as possible*. Feel really good, and you will start noticing the fluctuations. Your aim is to remember the state of good eyesight, and then try & replicate that state in every situation, everywhere you go.

Relax your eyes everywhere you go, until you see flashes of good vision. It is when you see these flashes then youre on your ways, as it means that your eye muscles are trying to relax! Don't, don't don't squint, or put any kind of strain on your eyes, as this only slows down the process. Try to get fluctuations instead, by increasing your mood, you can do it for 10 mins in the morning instead, and then have a slightly up-lifted mod for the rest of your day. Remember not to put your eyes under any kind of strain, or stress during the day. Our mood and the way we're feeling throughout our "average" day has a huge impact on our eyesight. We can feel like a loser, with a grin like we have no future, or we can smile all day, with a straight back, and that's what does wonders. Literally ANY problem can be cured that way, and will insure no health problems for the future. Got it? If nothing else, remember that, and you'll restore your eyesight, and much, much more.

Try the following: close your eyes for 20 seconds (or until you're fully relaxed), feel good about yourself, inhale deeply, then exhale (just as you would normally), and lightly open them and try to lightly focus, then FULLY RELAX. Once you get a little fluctuation of good vision, remember the sharpness of the image that you saw, and repeat that procedure again. Do it once or twice, anywhere you can. For example, do it while you're walking. TELL your brain what you'll see you're going to open your eyes. It's there to help you in life, and, after all, you OWN IT, so work with it. There are some spots around your face that you can massage and help your eye muscles relax. It'a kind of hard to explain in text, but they are by your temples, then all around your eyes, and by your nostrils. They are quite official, so you'll find them online, I'm sure.

I also stretched my eyesight every day, and saw consistent improvement, bit by bit. What I mean my that is I found a place with dim lighting where I couldn't see anything, and I had practiced relaxing my eyes until I could see. That really helped, after every session like this I saw an improvement, sometimes very noticeable. I relaxed my eye muscles there by lifting my mood, doing palming, breathing deeply, and just generally focusing a little, and then relaxing. Massaging your face also helps to relax, as it get's your blood flowing.

To sum up, here're some things to remember:

- Ralax. I have learnt that although I could do things with my eyes to see better (for example I could put a strain on my eyes of some sort, and could see for some time), I then quickly learnt that my eyesight wasn't really improving, and I needed to put that same strain every time I wanted to see. And so that didn't work out too well for me... It was when I learnt to fully relax without any strain at all (taking deep breaths in, and using my mood) I then had restored my vision fairly quickly, from that point on. I did force my eyes to focus at the start though... because I could not see anything at all... so I am going to try and advise you on the most effective way to do that also. When you force your eyes to focus, do so lightly, and then RELAX FULLY, and you should still see what you wanted to see. Then you should remember the position of your eyes when you see, and keep telling your brain that that's what you want, and that's what you are going to get. Tell yourself that you see better every day, and just remember the position and then replicate it. Spend time every day just stretching your vision, keeping it in that stretched position for at least 20 minutes - that's what I did. I have identified a couple of good places where my eyes were most relaxed, and I kept training them to see, stretching my vision further and further, as days went by, until I needed no more - I could see, without doing anything at all. And that helped me tremendously, as after every session like this, my vision got a whole lot better.

- It is important to relax your eye muscles before you go off to bed, and after you wake up. If your eyes are strained when you go off to sleep, then your eye muscles are very likely going to stay like that for the whole night. One thing you can do to relax is do a so-called "Long Swing". The resource I gave you below describes how to do it.

- No drugs - alcohol, tobacco

- Healthy food - eat separately, lots of fruit, etc.

- Feel good throughout the exercises as well as throughout your day in general, smile more, minimise any possible stress

- Once you restore your vision, it's very easy to keep it good. All you do is you see things without stressing your eye muscles in any way, and remember to look after them - give them a rest more often.

New Text / Write module

It is suggested to do the exercises for about 4, 5 days, and then have a break of about 3 days - as this is how our bodies work, 2 steps forward, one step backwards. DO NOT OVER DO IT, as it will do more harm than good. Please trust me on this, just do the mood part properly. You'll see that one day your eyesight is better, the next it appears worse than the day before, but it is always constantly improving, no matter what you may think, or see. It is improving for everybody, but everyone's pace is different. Everybody, however, see first improvements during the day - will first start fluctuating during the day, then, after a while, you'll see the same fluctuations in dark lighting conditions - that's when you are almost there :o) And once you have restored your vision, it is highly recommended to continue doing the exercises for at least another month - to absolutely make sure that you've restored your vision, once and for all, no matter what.

Again, all of these exercises are closely coupled with health training (or restoration, for some), and the real secret is to feel good throught all exercises - the more positive you are feeling, the quicker you will succeed. Very simple. Every point, be it "-" or a "+", on average, based on past experience of millions of people who've fully restored their vision & health that way, takes only a week to take off. I.e. if you have -8, it should take you two months, -4 = 1 month, and so on. The reason behind so quick improvement lies in the wisdom that goes back year and years back - everything I've outlined in my lense not only gives a holistic approach to restoring vision that you don't see very often anywhere else, it gives you some eye exercises that have been researched, from century into century, and each exercise, as said above, has it's own good reasons. Speed comes from you opening the underrated in the modern world hidden abilities of our bodies - you do this by increasing you mood and straightening your spine, and that is what speeds up the process, therefore is absolutely essential. Exercises themselves are nothing, you don't even need to do them to restore your vision - they are about 10 percent of the work. The exercise with raising your mood until you see eyesight fluctuations is the most important one, as it is this one that starts the mechanist of eyesight restoration. For russian people, look for Mirzakarim Norbekov's book, in particular, read his "Opit Duraka, ili Put k Prozreniu" book.

Now, it all begins with you.

If you found this information useful, and would like to make a donation to me, to sponsor further research ;o), you may do so by clicking this link.

Also, please take a moment and email this information to your friends, tell your family etc. - they will thank you for it! I have created this pdf file with this information, which you can also help me distribute - again, right click to save it somewhere and then email it to your family, friends or anyone you know who wears glasses - even your grand ma! It would really help them. Got any questions? You can leave comments/replies/questions here, in the guest book, I believe, and you're welcome to do so. I'd be interested to hear of peoples progress and feedback, based on which I may improve this lense, add stuff to it, etc. Now, get to work, and i wish you all to follow this exactly, and so restore your vision quickly. Dioptre per week is the goal - remember!

And NO, you cannot possibly expect to restore your vision, while you're wearing your current glasses, in which you can see perfectly well again. You can thank your ophthalmologist for this next time you go to see him or her to tell them that you've now restored your eyesight, and therefore you don't need their services no more!

My video about this on YouTube

Eye Exercises To Restore Your Eyesight / Improve Your Vision YOURSELF? :o)

http://squidoo.com/restorevision Enjoy! Also, please help promote this video by rating it, living a comment and favouritng it, as this will tell YouTube that this video is popular, and it'll get more views as a result. Here's my own FREE Step-By-Step guide to how I've managed to restored my eyesight to 20/20. I've had -4.75 in both eyes, and I now see perfectly well in any lighting condition, any distance. After browsing a lot online and on the forums, learning about what people are teaching about this, I've found a fair amount of poeple critisising all these different methods of restoring your vision (mainly, because there are successes, as well as failures), and I saw something that I have learnt which other courses don't teach and this something puts all this process ON STEROIDS (their techniques are actually MORE combersome and TAKE LONGER - go, figure), so I've created my own little set of instructions (above) now, shorter and better. I have more than enough info to say now that you WILL restore your eyesight to 20/20, EVEN if you've failed before, if you just follow my quite unique, and SIMPLE, yet proven many times over, and so much more effective instructions. There was a research carried out in Russia, a sample of 100 random people with bad vision were taken and they were tought this stuff. Guess how many people have restored thier vision? 80? 90? Nope. 100! Everyone had fully restored their eyesight! So just follow the steps that I've put together, and you will also restore your eyesight, no matter what your current dioptres are - be it -2 or +20. Follow this stuff, and you'll be free from glasses/contacts forever. Thousands have walked the path before us, and thousands will walk it after us. Restoring my vision was one of the best things that have hapened to me this whole year - it changed the way I see the world now, literally, and it will do the same for anyone who is willing to listen, and do this stuff.

Well, I did a lot of things that relate to health in general, stuff like gymnastics, food etc. But don't worry, even though it will help, you'll still be okay with the exercises. My friend did only the exercises I listed, I think.

I don't know what else to say regards people with doubts. I am sure it will take longer when you have doubts, so get rid of them!

Pain at the start is quite normal.

Takes from 1 day to over a year. Average from the course I took this exercises from is a dioptre per week. But remember that I/they paid money for this, AND they get the info first hand from the masters, so THAT contributes to faster results, & a higher success rate.

I found it a lot easier to keep relaxed in dim lighting conditions, i.e. our uni. library, and I suggest you try the same. There, I had worked for 30 minutes or so just relaxing, then I just did my work, while my eyes became more and more relaxed. It's annoying to see your eyesight going back, but, at the same time, it's great to see it improving almost every day. And, of course, it's well worth it in the end. Another thing is, do the palming exercise. If you just take an hour of your time and do it for an hour continuously, you shall see your vision improving tremendously, and you'll perhaps learn that "relaxation mode" you need. I did that a couple of times, and the first time I did it, my vision improved quite a lot (I just sat there for about 1.5 hours, relaxing, and one person even came up to me to see whether I was alright :o).

Try correcting your eyesight by force, perhaps. But, as I said before, it is when I truly learnt to relax, then I could feel my eyesight improving real quickly. And that happened under dim lighting conditions. And I suspect that it's if not same, very similar 4 most people. But it worked for me & my friend really well, once we "got" it.

I don't have astigmatism, but I hear that they correct it, and correct it well. And after the transformation that I had in my own vision, I have no doubt that anything is possible (not that I had any before, of course :o)!

Hey Pierce, I think that I can relate exactly to what you're saying here. It's hard to explain how to relax, but here's what I did. I took deep, even breaths, and I just learnt to relax my eyes. When I relaxed, I can still remember well how I did it, but it's impossible to explain in words. It's a feeling when your eyes are going backwards, and you feel discomfort.

Hi all,

Glasses should be off, especially while doing the exercises. The idea is to relax eye muscles, and glasses do the opposite.

I personally found that deemly-lit room helped me relax better.

Try to relax eye muscles better, more, longer, if you want to restore eyesight quicker... All this that I described was taken directly from two courses, and helped me regain my eyesight from fairy severe and progressing myopia. If you don't see result's AT ALL after a week, then something is DEFINITELY not right, just re-read the whole thing, and try again. Again, it's not so much about exercises, they hardly do the work, it's relaxation of otherwise tensed (as proven by your bad eyesight) eye muscles that cures bad eyesight.

You will start seeing things your eyes can focus on first. (i.e. sharp edges of tables, or anything else that you can 'hang-on' to with your eyes. When you see these things, try & relax as much as possible, while still holding onto the clear eyesight.
