The inventor of gastronomical boogie woogie. Like a cross between Justin Wilson and Robert Johnson. The Sauceboss, subject of Jimmy Buffett's song "I Will Play For Gumbo", cooks up a pot of gumbo right on stage during the show. And at the end... everybody eats!
